With over 22 years of experience in financial planning, Rex has consistently demonstrated his expertise, qualifying for the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) fifteen (15) times, including two (2) Court of the Table (COT) distinctions. His outstanding contributions have also earned him a prestigious spot among The 100 Most Influential Young Entrepreneurs 2025. A sought-after speaker, Rex has delivered engaging presentations worldwide, captivating audiences in cities such as Orlando, Los Angeles, Hong Kong, Anaheim, Dubai, Lebanon, and Indonesia. Beyond his professional achievements, he is an accomplished author, having published the book “Change 2” in 2020. Carolyn is a recognized Chartered Wealth Manager (ChWM, Hong Kong 2025) and a Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) member, a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) from the USA, and an Associate Estate Planner PR practitioner (AEPP) from Singapore. With over 26 years of experience in financial planning, Carolyn is known as the Queen of “Total Holistic Planning” since 2019, solidifying her reputation as a trusted advisor. She was recognized as one of the Top 50 Malaysia Outstanding Wealth Advisors of 2023 (MMOWA) and Successful People in Malaysia and Singapore 2025 -7th edition (Britishpedia Media Group of Malaysia, Singapore 7th Premium Edition). Michelle Yeo serves as the Chief Operation Officer of Capstar Group of Companies, providing strategic leadership and operational oversight across the Group’s subsidiaries. She is responsible for driving operational excellence, governance standards, and cross-functional alignment to support sustainable business growth. She graduated with a degree in Accounting Computer and Business Administration and brings a diverse professional background spanning 14 years of experience in the legal field and 8 years in the life insurance industry. Michelle has completed and holds certification as a Qualified Trust Advisor (QTA), reflecting her professional competency in trust and estate planning advisory. With her combined exposure to legal practice, strong expertise in wealth management, trust advisory, and corporate operations, Michelle plays a pivotal role in shaping Capstar’s organisational structure, professional standards, and long-term strategic direction while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and brand consistency at group level.

JOCELYN LOKE,HEAD OF OPERATION | CAPSTAR GROUP OF COMPANIES

Jocelyn Loke holds a dual leadership role as Head of Operation for Capstar Wealth Management (HK) Limited and Human Resource Lead for Capstar Group of Companies. She graduated her Unified Examination Certificate (UEC)/A-Level (Business Stream) at a Chinese High School. Jocelyn has undertaken extensive professional training and certifications, including ISO 22000:2018 Awareness and Internal Auditor, HACCP Awareness and Internal Auditor, Halal Industry Awareness, Halal Competency, and Food Handler Training. She has also completed and holds certification as a Qualified Trust Advisor (QTA). Her working experience spans multiple functions, including retails, sales, purchasing, Human Resource, and Payroll. With strong operational and HR expertise, Jocelyn overseas HR policies, talent development, workflow optimisation, human capital management and organisational governance, supporting scalable growth and cross-border operational alignment. Her role is instrumental in strengthening organisational governance, workforce effectiveness, and scalable operational frameworks in line with the Group’s regional growth strategy.

ALEX TAI, SOCIAL MEDIA & IT SUPPORT | CAPSTAR GROUP OF COMPANIES

Alex Tai manages Social Media and IT Support functions for Capstar Group of Companies, providing technical, digital, and multimedia support across daily operations and corporate initiatives. He is responsible for maintaining IT systems, supporting digital platforms, and assisting with event-related technical and media requirements. He holds a certificate of an Advanced Diploma in Multimedia and Commercial Design. With 2-3 years of working experience as a Graphic Designer, Alex has been involved in creating advertisements and promotional materials for product advertising. Alex has also completed and holds certification as a Qualified Trust Advisor (QTA), equipping him with foundational understanding of trust advisory concepts to support trust-related digital content, system processes, and client-facing materials. With a combination of technical expertise and creative support capabilities, Alex plays a key role in enhancing digital efficiency, system reliability, and the Group’s online brand presence.

CINDY CHONG,ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE | CAPSTAR GROUP OF COMPANIES

Cindy Chong is the Account Executive of Capstar Group of Companies, overseeing accounting operations, financial documentation, and internal financial administration. She graduated with a Diploma in Accounting (LCCI Third Level) and has completed multiple professional courses, including AI Practical Course, Full Set Accounts for Beginner/Executive, SQL Accounting Computerised Software, Practical SME Taxation, Basic Excel Knowledge, and Basic Office Administration. With 16 years of experience in the accounting field, Cindy brings extensive hands-on expertise in accounting operations and compliance support. She has also completed and holds certification as a Qualified Trust Advisor (QTA), enabling her to support trust-related documentation and processes with strong awareness of trust structures and compliance requirements. She supports management by ensuring accurate record-keeping, timely processing, and adherence to established financial and compliance requirements. With a structured and detail-focused approach, Cindy contributes to the Group’s financial integrity, operational transparency, and day-to-day administrative efficiency.
